+ Scale equitable human centered design practices across the organization through leading interactive trainings & design sprints.
+ Foster an organizational culture that support equity, inclusion, experimentation and curiosity through leading co-creation workshops, scaling new processes and rituals.
+ Raise awareness of emerging tech and trends that can elevate our social purpose.

+ Collaborate with fellow DEI Council members to identify DEI goal priorities & actions for the organization.
+ Provide support for our current Employee Resource groups.
+ Design and lead organization wide co-creations to enable codesigning of culture & process.

+ As a non-Black POC in tech, it's critical for me to serve as an accomplice to my Black colleagues, and friends as well as the Black community.
+ I created an Anti-racism Resource Guide. Check it out, and let's use our power and voice to work against anti-Blackness.

+ Build and nurture a strong and supportive community by providing a safe environment for exploring and discussing  leadership challenges
+Coach womxn in design leadership
+Design and facilitate conversations exploring key leadership themes

+ Teach UX design skills (as a volunteer) to NYC high school students who self identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+ or are growing up in low income households.
+ Provide mentorship to underrepresented students as they navigate their pursuit for a career in tech.

+ Lead bespoke, private/public talks and workshops for conferences and teams looking to skill up on topics including product or design strategy, inclusive and equitable design, leading design sprints, design research and testing methods, co-creating with users, creating a user centric practice, and cultivating equitable and innovative teams and organizations.
